Caroline's attention to detail keeps the AES team as well as the supply of materials and equipment on schedule. Dana Miller's years of electrical project experience began in the solar industry. During this time, Dana developed into a lead project manager for Bella Energy. The completion of a recent 600 kW solar project on time and on budget is a testimony to Dana's design and project management experience. His NABCEP certification confirms his in-depth knowledge of the National Electric Code. Dana is currently spear heading AES' operational developments and provides comprehensive leadership to AES' installation crew.

Senior Electrical / Mechanical Engineer: Bob Yamraj

BVI – A Class Electrician
Bob Yamraj provides senior technical supporting for AES. He has provided Cable and Wireless over 35 years of service designing and managing power distribution systems for numerous transmission stations throughout the Caribbean. In 1968, Bob was promoted to Mobile Power Plant Engineer for Cable and Wireless and was responsible for power systems throughout the BCA region. Typical systems include a combination of UPS and generator backup systems. Bob's local BVI power installation experience includes numerous large backup generators such as the recent 750 kVA installation at Nanny Cay and a 750 kVA installation for the BVI Airport. Officially retired, Bob works more then ever. On a consulting basis, Bob provides technical oversight and installation supervision for AES' backup generator and large UPS installations.

Sean is one of AES' leading technicians providing outstanding support services to all of our clients. Sean's years of experience building his father's electrical contracting business in South Africa has provided him with a wealth of knowledge relating to power solutions. He has managed the installation and commissioning of numerous backup power and power quality systems in the BVI. These projects include generators, large scale UPS' and surge suppression systems as well as residential solar solutions.

John Bedek
John has specialized in Engineering services and design for the food and beverage industry for over 25 years. As a Mechanical Engineer, he has 20 years of packaging experience in the brewing industry and 5 years of packaging and process experience in the food and confection industry. John also has extensive Project Management experience on projects ranging from $20,000 to $25,000,000 CAD.
Eduardo Enrique
A team leader with over 20 years of experience, Eduardo is responsible for the technical management of studies and calculations, preparing of tender documents, bid evaluations, detail design, review, site supervision and commissioning. Over his extensive and progressive career, Eduardo has gained wide range of experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams of domestic and national professionals for municipal, water & wastewater, power generation, pulp and paper and metals industry projects.
David Harding
David began his career as an apprentice with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, London Ontario and has worked in the trade for 24 years. He has gained extensive experience with high voltage, power, and industrial systems installations all over Ontario. Since joining MVA in May 2000, David has been working as a Field Service Technician and Field Inspector. He brings to the firm a vast and varied Industrial and Commercial experience. David’s ability to work within a team environment, his attention to detail and accuracy complement all of MVA’s team efforts.
Fred Harding
Fred is the President and Founder of MVA Engineering Group. His 25 years of progressive experience working in field services and in the field of design is what brought him to start MVA, a firm which uniquely blends both the theoretical and the practical aspects of engineering. As the President and senior corporate officer of MVA, Fred knows and understands the financial benefits of a successful project. This combined with having been a worker in the field, a designer in the office, a contractor and the client’s representative, Fred has the experience to take advantage of being a hands on Manager to inspire the team to the benefit of all project stakeholders.
Greg Munro
Greg is an Engineer in Training for MVA Engineering where he specializes in electrical power system protection and control and process automation and control. Greg has 2 years experience in project design, working on many of MVA's projects for their industrial, power sector, and municipal clients. He gained progressive experience through numerous projects as a design engineer. As a Engineer in Training, typically is responsible for working on overall designs and technical solutions.
Gary Nisbet
Gary has gained a broad range of technical experience in the multi-disciplined consulting engineering environment. His 15 years of experience include field survey pickup and construction layout, site inspection, technical drafting, AutoCad drafting, and project management. As the Drafting Manager of MVA, Gary has used his vast experience to formalize our drafting procedures, and drafting department as a whole.
Vesna Popovic
Vesna received a degree in Computer Science from the University of Western Ontario. Vesna also has over 25 years of accounting and office administration experience along with a diploma in Economics from the Business College in Split, Croatia. Vesna's computer skills play a key role in our information technology department as we bring our projects on-line and develop the whole concept of e-Engineering.
Syd Van Geel
As MVA's senior electrical engineering professional, Syd is responsible for overseeing a full spectrum of technical solutions provided to municipal, institutional, utility, and industrial clients. Since joining the firm, Syd has excelled with all aspects of the firm's endeavors, and quickly become a major contributing factor to the firm's success. His ability to lead a team and work within a team environment, along his attention to detail and accuracy, complements all of MVA's team efforts. Further, as a past maintenance professional Syd strengthens the firm's depth and experience in project management practices and technical implementations from the perspective of the maintenance facility to control the time and cost.

David is a Senior Electrical Engineer and Project Manager, brings over 20 years experience, and specializes in Project Management, control system design, electrical distribution design and implementation for various industries. As an experienced team leader, David is responsible for the leadership and technical management of studies and calculations, preparing of tender documents, bid evaluations, detail design, review, site supervision and commissioning. Over his extensive and progressive career, Mr. Ward has gained a wide range of experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams of professionals in a wide variety of industrial projects in the brewing, chemical and other industrial fields.
